燃气调压器对燃气安全输送及使用具有重要作用。针对燃气调压器装配过程中需要多次调整工作姿态的问题,根据工件的结构特点及装配工艺,设计了一种用于燃气调压器装配的专用工装夹具。该夹具能够在一次装夹下完成多个工位的装配。生产实践证明,该夹具简单可靠,便于操作,大大提高了装配效率,保证了装配精度,降低劳动强度。

The gas regulator plays an important role in the safe transport and use of gas.Aiming at the problem that the working attitude needs to be adjusted many times in the assembly process of the gas regulator,a special fixture for the assembly of the gas regulator is designed according to the structural characteristics of the workpiece and the assembly process.The fixture can complete the assembly of multiple stations under one clamping.The production practice has proved that the fixture is simple and reliable,easy to operate,greatly improving the assembly efficiency,ensuring the assembly precision,and reducing the labor intensity.
