摘要
目前,斗轮机构电气控制系统存在一定的故障问题,尤其是在不规则料堆的取料方面,斗轮堆取料机由于自身斗轮驱动电气控制系统因素,会在带出料斗的过程中对前臂架造成振动、变形损坏,这些问题影响着斗轮堆取料机的运转和生产工作效率。基于此,分析斗轮机构电气控制系统存在的不足,并提出控制系统的优化改进方法。
At present,there are some fault problems in the electrical control system of bucket wheel mechanism,especially in irregular material pile reclaiming.Due to its own bucket wheel driving electrical control system,the bucket wheel stacker reclaimer will cause vibration and deformation damage to the front boom in the process of taking out the hopper.These problems affect the operation and production efficiency of the bucket wheel stacker and reclaimer.Based on this,this paper analyzed the shortcomings of the electrical control system of bucket wheel mechanism,and put forward the optimization and improvement method of the control system.
