基于ABC行为分析的煤矿工人不安全行为预控研究

Research on Coal Mine Workers Unsafe Behavior Pre-control Based on ABC Behavior Analysis

为了控制煤矿工人的不安全行为,提高煤矿企业的安全管理水平,将管理学中行为安全管理法的ABC行为分析法应用于煤矿工人的不安全行为管理。通过对煤矿工人行为管理进行分析,设计了煤矿中行为管理的实施流程,提出了煤矿工人行为改善模型并给出了具体的措施。研究结果表明,坚持贯彻行为安全管理模型可有效提高煤矿的管理水平,从而减少矿工的不安全行为。

In order to control the unsafe behavior of coal mine workers and improve the safety management level of coal mine enterprises, the antecedent-behavior-outcome(ABC) behavior analysis method of behavior safety management of management science was applied to the management of unsafe behavior of coal mine workers.Through the analysis of behavior-based safety(BBS), the implementation process of BBS in coal mine was designed, the coal mine worker behavior improvement model was put forward and the concrete measures were given. The results show that adhering to the behavioral safety management model can effectively improve the management level of coal mines and reduce the unsafe behaviors of miners.
