石墨烯的2种合成方法对比及其产物表征 被引量:3

摘要 分别使用了液相剥离法和电化学法制备了石墨烯,并对以上2种传统方法进行了改进和优化,可以有效减少插层剂的使用量,同时减少了反应所需时间,产率可达到79%。通过FE-SEM,拉曼光谱(RS),X射线衍射等测试方法对合成后的石墨烯进行了表征分析得出:在本实验条件下,通过2种合成方法均可以得到了具有层状结构,剥离度良好的石墨烯,使用电化学剥离法制备的石墨烯剥离程度要优于液相剥离石墨烯,并且结构更加有序,缺陷更少,而且相对于传统合成方法在合成时长上减少50%,污染较少。 The graphene was prepared from liquid stripping method and electrochemical method, the two traditional methods were improved and optimized, which could effectively reduce the use of intercalation agent and the reaction time, and the yield up to 79%.Through the FE-SEM, Raman spectroscopy(RS), X-ray diffraction(XRD) etc.The graphene’s was characterized. The results show that the graphene products synthesized by the two kinds of synthesis methods have layered structure, and better exfoliation degree, and exfoliation degree of graphene by using the electrochemical exfoliation preparation is better than that of liquid preparation, and it has more order structure and fewer defects;Moreover, compared with the traditional synthesis method, its synthesis time is reduced by 50%,and it has less pollution.
