在近代学术史上清学研究比较盛行,之所以出现这样的局面,与外在环境的变化和学术内在发展相关,更与学者自身的努力分不开。以学者群体为本位,来探究近代清学热的原因,不仅能清晰的反映清学研究的全貌,也可为研究当下学术热提供启示与借鉴。进入20世纪,梳理清学是近代学者的文化自觉和思维惯性使然;基于社会担当和“传道”热情,近代学者将目光聚焦于与自身密切联系的清学上;学术服务于政治是近代学者进行清学研究的本质,也是学术救国的展现;学者之间的学术争鸣,加速了清学研究的繁荣和深入。

In the modern academic history,the Qing Studies became prominent thanks to the changes of the social background and the internal academic development.It was also inseparable from the efforts of scholars.Focusing on the scholar group,this article explores the causes of the popularity of Qing Studies in modern times in order to clearly grasp its overall picture and help illuminate the contemporary popularity of certain studies.Since the 20th century,modern scholars had engaged themselves in the study of the Qing Dynasty to pass on the“way”to the next generation.The Qing Studies served for the national salvation;and the hot debates among scholars promoted the academic prosperity of the Qing Studies.
