摘要
本文通过对古代雅典女继承人的概念、婚姻以及女继承人在财产继承中的角色和作用进行阐述和分析,尝试对女继承人的权利和义务进行深入考察,以探究女继承人制度在家庭的延续和保护女继承人方面的作用和意义。这有利于我们更全面了解古代雅典城邦的社会风貌和雅典公民妇女的生活状况。
By analyzing the concept and marriage of Epikleros,and their roles and functions in family property inheritance,this article attempts to probe into the rights and duties of Epikleros and explore the significance of the institution in keeping families and protecting female inheritors.Exploring certain questions about ancient Athens Epikleros allows us to know better of the polis society and the living conditions of women citizens in ancient Athens.
