产学研协同创新的高校专利转化研究述评与展望

Review and Prospects of University Patent Transformation Research based on the Collaborative Innovation of Industry,University and Research

在我国全面实施创新驱动发展战略的背景下,高校作为知识创新的发源地,专利授权量不断提升,但整体上知识产权运用和保护能力不强,专利转化率整体偏低,已成为阻碍高校创新发展的重要因素。产学研协同创新对推进高校专利转化具有关键作用,但理论上鲜见有关领域的综述类研究。鉴于此,本文系统梳理和总结产学研协同创新背景下高校专利转化研究文献,分析该研究现状、动态与不足,最后提出了未来的研究展望,以期推进产学研协同创新的高校专利转化的理论研究与实践发展。

Under the background of China's comprehensive implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy,universities,as the birthplace of knowledge innovation,have continuously increased amount of patent authorization,but their overall use and protection of intellectual property rights are not strong,and the overall patent conversion rate is low,which has become an obstacle for the innovation and development of universities.Industry-university-research collaborative innovation plays a key role in advancing the transformation of patents in universities,but theoretically,there are few reviews in related fields.In view of this,this article systematically sorted out and summarized the research literature of university patent transformation under the background of industry-university-research collaborative innovation,analyzed the research status,trends and shortcomings,and finally put forward future research prospects,hoping to promote the theoretical research and practice development of university patent transformation of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.
