何嘉琳治疗卵巢储备功能下降性不孕症经验 被引量:11

摘要 不孕症是世界关注的生殖疑难疾病,我国不孕症患病率为6%~15%[1]。随着二胎开放政策实行,高龄不孕症患者逐渐增加,卵巢储备功能下降(diminished ovarian reserve,DOR)性不孕症患者明显增多,约占不孕症的10%[2]。此类患者常求助于辅助生殖技术,据统计,DOR患者在体外受精-胚胎移植中总的临床妊娠率仅为2.7%[3],不仅增加患者经济负担,也造成患者的身心伤害。中医药对提高卵巢功能有整体调节、安全有效等优点[4]。
