摘要
汽车产业的新“四化”战略布局要求应用型高校变革培养模式,实现个性化培养。针对学校车辆工程专业人才培养模式存在的问题,从培养方案修订、师资队伍建设以及“3+1”培养模式管理体系的构建等方面进行阐述,制定并实施符合学校实情、具有自身特色的系列管理和保障制度,探索出一条有别于其他高校“3+1”培养模式的新的途径。经过两年的实践,在人才培养方案修订、学生专业综合技能提升、学生职业规划目标、学生就业率及师资培训等方面取得显著成效,实现了学校、学生和企业的三方共赢,值得应用型本科院校借鉴和推广。
With the strategic layout of the new“four modernizations”of automobile industry,it requires the reform of the training mode of applied colleges to realize individualized cultivation.In view of the problems existing in the training mode of vehicle engineering professionals in our colleges,it expounds the revision of the training plan,the construction of the teaching staff and the construction of the management system of the“3+1”training mode,formulates and implements a series of management and guarantee system,according with the actual situation and characteristics of our college,and explores a new way which is diff erent from the“3+1”training mode in other colleges and universities.After two years of practice,it has achieved remarkable results in the revision of the talent training program,the promotion of students’professional comprehensive skills,the students’career planning objectives,the employment rate of students and the training of teachers,and has achieved three win-win situation among schools,students and enterprises,which is worthy of reference and promotion in applied colleges and universities.
