丰水地区县域节水型社会达标建设的问题与建议——以四川省为例

Issues and suggestions for standardized construction of water-saving society at county level in Sichuan Province

以四川省为例,分析推进丰水地区县域节水型社会达标建设工作面临的问题和对策。通过对四川省县域节水型社会达标建设工作的总结,提出了达标建设工作存在创建水平不均衡、工业用水计量率偏低、节水载体创建标准参差不齐、再生水利用水平不高等问题,并针对落实“节水优先”治水思路、进一步推动四川省下一阶段县域节水型社会达标建设提出相关建议。

Taking Sichuan province as an example,this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures to promote the construction of water-saving society in water-rich areas.Based on the summary of the construction of water-saving society,this paper puts forward some problems,such as the unbalanced level of water-saving society,the low measurement rate of industrial water consumption,the uneven standards of water-saving carrier creation,and the low level of renewable water utilization.It also puts forward some suggestions for implementing the policy of“water saving priority”and further promoting the next stage of county water-saving social work in Sichuan Province.
