摘要
通过对传统汽车载重测量系统的分析,提出一种基于应变传感器的汽车称重装置,利用应变传感器输出的应变量来反映汽车的载重。该传感器直接安装在钢板弹簧上,利用钢板弹簧的载荷与变形量之间的关系,得出汽车的载重。该方法利用有限元仿真,建立了某车型钢板弹簧的非线性有限元模型,分析了钢板弹簧在静动态载荷下,不同摩擦系数对钢板弹簧刚度特性、迟滞特性的影响,同时从刚度特性、迟滞特性等因素影响方面对汽车载重测量的准确性进行分析。
Based on the analysis of the traditional vehicle load measurement system,an automobile weighing device based on strain sensor is proposed.The strain sensor output strain is used to reflect the vehicle load.Since the sensor is directly mounted on the leaf spring,and the load of the automobile is obtained by utilizing the relationship between the load and the deformation amount of the leaf spring.The method uses the finite element simulation was used to establish the nonlinear finite element model of leaf spring of a certain type of vehicle.The influence of different friction coefficients on stiffness and hysteresis characteristics of leaf spring under static and dynamic loads was analyzed.From the stiffness and hysteresis characteristics of leaf spring were also analyzed.Influence of other factors on the accuracy of vehicle load measurement.
