摘要
百叶窗翅片式作为汽车冷却系统中散热器应用最为广泛的类型,对维持汽车稳定运行具有重要作用。为在百叶窗翅片原始设计基础上进一步提升换热与流动性能,提出了一种新型尖锥形百叶窗翅片结构方案。分析了尖锥形百叶窗翅片中间截面厚度与百叶窗间距渐变量两个参数对翅片性能的影响,在百叶窗中间截面厚度δ1为0.2mm、百叶窗间距递减量为0.06mm时翅片的综合换热性能达到最优。此时,相较于翅片原始模型的综合性能评价因子JF提升了9.07%,有效改善了翅片的综合换热能力。
Louvered fins,the most widely used type of radiator in automotive cooling systems,play an important role in maintaining the stable operation of automobiles.In order to further improve the heat transfer and flow performance on the basis of the original design of the blind fins,this paper proposes a new type of louver fin structure.The overall heat transfer performance of the fins reached when the central section thicknessδ1 of the shutter was 0.2 mm and the distance between the shutters was decreased by 0.06 mm.At this time,compared with the original model,the comprehensive performance evaluation factor JF increased by 9.07%,effectively improving the overall heat exchange capacity of the fins.
