摘要
燃气轮机已在我国舰船、航空、石油化工等领域广泛应用,但其目前在使用过程中故障频发,而不平衡振动是其主要原因之一。多转子燃气轮机各转子振动相互耦合,在不平衡振动总值超标的情况下,首要问题是判断最优平衡转子,以最简单的处理办法来解决燃气轮机不平衡振动问题。首先,针对燃气轮机转子不平衡故障进行机理分析,研究在多转子燃气轮机中不平衡振动的响应规律、激励与响应关系;然后,进一步提出基于不平衡因子的燃气轮机不平衡部位识别方法,以指导燃气轮机多转子系统的动平衡;最后,针对某型燃气轮机试车过程中出现的不平衡振动问题进行分析,以验证提出方法的有效性。
Gas turbine has been widely used in the field of naval ship,aviation,petrochemical and other fields,but the fault occurs frequently,and the unbalance vibration is one of the main reasons.The vibration of the rotor of a multi-rotor gas turbine is coupled with each other.The first problem is to judge the optimal balance rotor and solve the problem of the unbalance vibration of the gas turbine with the simplest method.First,in this paper,the mechanism of gas turbine rotor unbalance fault is analyzed;the response law of unbalanced vibration and the relationship between excitation and response are studied in the multi-rotor gas turbine.Then,the unbalance part identification method based on the unbalance factor is proposed to guide the dynamic balance of the multi-rotor system of gas turbine.Finally,the problem of unbalance vibration in a gas turbine trial run is analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
