摘要
阐述了一种基于Pro/E软件的通用功能模块和扩展级进模(PDX)模块进行冲压件及其级进模设计的数字化设计技术;从工件的准备、条带的设计、模架和冲压元件设计、标准件及其他设备的设计、元件的数控加工及装配工程图的生成等方面说明这一技术的应用流程;结合防护扣级进模设计,从毛坯尺寸确定、排样、压力计算、模具的尺寸和结构形式、压力机选择等方面验证了这一技术的可行性。实践表明,该技术缩短了模具设计周期、提高了冲压件的尺寸精度和生产效率,是级进模设计行之有效的方法。
Elaborate a technology of digital design based on the universal function module and its progressive die extension module of software Pro/E to design stamping parts and its progressive die.Illustrate the application process of this technology from the aspects of workpiece preparation,strip design,mould base and stamping element design,standard parts and other equipment design,numerical control machining of element and generation of assembly engineering drawings.Based on the case of progressive die design for protective buckle,verify the feasibility of this technology from the aspects of the blank size determination,stock layout,pressure calculation,the size and structural form of dies and press selection.It shows that this technology will shorten the cycle of mould design,improve the dimensional accuracy and productivity of stamping parts,it is an effective way of progressive die design.
