大数据时代使得个人信息爆炸式增长,带来了以往个人信息所不具备的一些新的特质。同时,个人信息在经过大数据的分析和处理,已经成为了一种重要的生产要素、战略资源。本文从个人信息的两种类型着手,以强化个人隐私信息的保护和促进个人一般信息的利用为出发点,提出了大数据时代的个人信息保护策略。

In the era of big data,personal information is growing explosively,which brings some new characteristics that previous personal information does not have.At the same time,after the analysis and processing of big data,personal information has become an important production factor and strategic resource.How to balance the protection and utilization of personal information has become an urgent problem.This paper draws lessons from the ideas of predecessors,starting from two types of personal information,to strengthen the protection of personal privacy information and promote the use of personal general information as the starting point,distinguishes the three main bodies in personal information protection,and then expounds the personal information protection ideas in the era of big data.
