本课题以茅台学院基层党支部作为研究对象,对基层党支部在推进“产教融合、协同创新”育人机制工作中的有效性具体体现进行研究,观察、分析“产教融合、协同创新”与基层党支部之间的有效融合,避免出现“产教融合”、支部建设两张皮,探索高校基层党支部在深化“产教融合、协同创新”等方面发挥的效能和重要作用,以期提升高校基层党支部在服务教育教学水平,达到党建工作促进教学中心工作,教学中心工作促进支部党建工作,提高人才培养质量、服务经济社会发展等方面的战斗堡垒作用。

This topic takes the grassroots party branch of Moutai institute as the research object,and takes the grassroots party branch of Moutai Institute as an example to study the effectiveness of promoting the“integration of production and education,collaborative innovation”education mechanism.It observes and analyzes the effective integration between“integration of production and education,collaborative innovation”and grass-roots party branches,and avoids“integration of production and education”and branch construction.It aims to explore and condense the important role played by grassroots party branches of colleges and universities in deepening the integration of production and education,collaborative innovation,etc.,and summarize and refine the effectiveness and role of grassroots party branches in the“integration of production and education,collaborative innovation”mode,so as to improve the grassroots party branch of colleges and universities serves as a fighting fortress in serving education and teaching,achieving party building work to promote teaching center work,teaching center work to promote branch party building work,improving the quality of talent training,and serving economic and social development.
