P.g.LPS诱导的miR-19a调控hPDLFs中TLR2及BSP的表达

P.g.LPS-induced miR-19a regulates TLR2 and BSP expression in hPDLFs

摘要 运用过表达或抑制miR-19a表达技术转染人牙周膜成纤维细胞(hPDLFs),检测Toll样受体2(TLR2)和骨涎蛋白(BSP)的mRNA及蛋白表达水平。结果表明,过表达miR-19a可以抑制TLR2、上调BSP的表达。 Human periondontal ligament fibroblasts(hPDLFs)were transfected by miR-19 a mimics or inhibitor,the mRNA and protein level of Toll-like receptor 2(TLR2)and bone sialoprotein(BSP)were tested by Real-time PCR and Western blot resepecively.The results showed:miR-19 a could inhibit the expression of TLR2 and promote the expression of BSP.
