单侧完全性唇腭裂患者的下颌牙齿发育

Mandibular dental development in patients with unilateral complete cleft lip and palate

将110例正畸患者按有无唇腭裂畸形分为唇腭裂(55例,男40例,女15例)组与对照组(55例,男40例,女15例),运用Dermirjian法对患者的全颌片进行牙龄评估,采用SPSS 16.0对数据进行配对t检验。发现在唇腭裂组中,裂隙侧下颌牙齿比非裂隙侧下颌牙齿发育晚(P<0.001)。2组患者的牙龄存在显著差异(P<0.01),唇腭裂组裂隙侧与非裂隙侧的下颌牙齿发育明显延缓(P<0.01)。单侧完全性唇腭裂患者的下颌牙齿发育迟缓。

110 subjects were divided into unilateral complete cleft lip and palate(UCLP)group and Non UCLP(control)group(n=55,40 males and 15 females).All panoramic radiographs were taken,and dental age was estimated using the Demirjian’s method.The data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software package for paired t test.Compared to teeth of non-cleft side,the cleft side teeth of UCLP patients showed dental developmental delay(P<0.001).There were significant differences in dental age between UCLP group and control group.In UCLP group,teeth development of mandible showed a remarkable delay(P<0.01).Mandibular teeth of UCLP patients have a delay in dental age.
