小半径曲线钢轨磨耗对HXN5型机车曲线通过性能影响

摘要 利用SIMPACK多体动力学软件建立HXN5型机车模型,研究60钢轨和60N钢轨磨耗对机车曲线通过性能的影响。研究结果表明:小半径曲线钢轨病害形式主要是轨距角处出现斜裂纹以及由斜裂纹扩展出的剥离掉块,钢轨磨耗类型主要是上股侧磨。钢轨磨耗会恶化机车曲线通过性能,对其进行打磨后,机车曲线通过性能明显改善。 The model of HXN5 locomotive was established by SIMPACK multi-body dynamics software,and the influence of 60 rail and 60N rail wear on the curve passing performance of locomotive was studied.The results demonstrate that:the main defect of small radius curve rail is inclined flaw at gauge angle and peeling off block extended from inclined flaw,rail wear type is mainly upper strand side wear.Rail wear will deteriorate the locomotive curve passing performance,the locomotive curve passing performance is obviously improved when the rail is ground.
