摘要
以航空业急需的大方量铝合金飞机加油运输车的需求为研发背景,利用ANSYS软件分析了运油罐车在4种极限工况下的结构强度并对其进行优化。以鞍座和罐体支架垫板和外侧加强筋厚度为优化参数,增设减载槽结构以降低罐车的应力值,提升了结构的综合性能,为罐车的后续设计、研究提供了有效参考。
Based on the research and development background of the large aluminum alloy aircraft fueling and transporting vehicles urgently needed by the aviation industry,ANSYS software is used to analyze and optimize the structural strength of the oil tank truck under four extreme conditions.Taking the thickness of the saddle and tank support backing plate and the outer reinforcement rib as the optimization parameter,the unloading groove structure is added to reduce the stress value of the tank car and improve the comprehensive performance of the structure,which provides an effective reference for subsequent design and research for the tanker.
