高原山区HXN5型机车曲线通过性能研究

摘要 利用SIMPACK多体动力学软件建立HXN5型机车模型,研究60钢轨原型廓形、实测磨耗廓形及优化廓形对机车曲线通过性能的影响。研究结果表明:运行速度的增大或钢轨侧磨会恶化机车曲线通过性能,通过钢轨打磨可以有效改善机车曲线通过性能,降低钢轨磨耗速率,延长钢轨使用寿命。 The model of HXN5 locomotive was established with SIMPACK multi-body dynamics software,and the influence of 60 rail prototype profile,measured wear profile and optimized profile on the curve passing performance of the locomotive was studied.The research results show that:the increase of running speed or rail side wear will deteriorate the curve passing performance of the locomotive.Rail grinding can effectively improve locomotive curve passing performance,reduce rail wear rate,and extend rail service life.
