摘要
以EBJ-150B型掘进机回转平台为研究对象,利用ABAQUS分析了回转平台在两种典型工况下的应力和位移分布情况。工况1最大应力为305.47 MPa,工况2最大应力为423.04 MPa,根据分析结果提出了回转平台结构优化建议,对提升回转平台结构强度具有重要参考意义。
Taking the EBJ-150B roadheader slewing platform as the research object,using ABAQUS to analyze the stress and displacement distribution of the slewing platform under two typical working conditions.The maximum stress of working condition 1 is 305.47 MPa,and the maximum stress of working condition 2 is 423.04 MPa.According to the analysis results,suggestions for the optimization of the structure of the slewing platform are proposed,which have important reference significance for improving the structural strength of the slewing platform.
