一种超声椭圆切削装置的振子有限元分析

摘要 随着机械制造技术的发展,对于零件加工的要求逐渐变高,不仅要求被加工零件具有较好的表面粗糙度,同时应减少刀具的损耗,降低生产制造的成本。设计了用于车床切削装置的振子(包括超声换能器和变幅杆),并且利用ANSYS对振子进行了结构动力学分析。通过模态分析可以得到振子的振动模态云图和轴向振动幅值曲线图;通过瞬态分析可以得到刀尖位置的时域曲线图和刀尖椭圆运动轨迹图;通过谐响应分析可以得到振子的导纳曲线图和导纳圆图。模拟得到的一系列数据对于振子后期的优化以及制作起到了重要的指导作用。 With the development of machinery manufacturing technology,the requirement of parts processing becomes higher gradually.Not only requires the processed parts have better surface roughness,but also should reduce the loss of cutting tools and reduce the cost of production and manufacturing.In this paper,a vibrator(including ultrasonic transducer and horn)used in the cutting device of a lathe is designed,and the structure dynamics analysis of the vibrator was carried out using ANSYS.Through modal analysis,the vibrator's vibration mode cloud diagram and axial vibration amplitude curve can be obtained.Through the transient analysis,the time-domain curve diagram of the tool tip position and the tool tip elliptical motion track diagram can be obtained.Through the harmonic response analysis,the admittance curve and the admittance circle of the vibrator can be obtained.A series of data obtained by simulation play an important guiding role in the optimization and production of oscillators in the later stage.
