摘要
为解决某坐姿前踢腿训练器结构尺寸不合理及造型单调的问题,通过人体测量学特性对其主要尺寸进行分析与设计,基于工业设计的基本美学理论对其造型进行改进设计。首先,根据人体尺寸测量特性对坐姿前踢腿训练器的使用过程进行分析,修正健身器的基本尺寸;其次,结合感性工学等工业设计原则对造型进行设计;最后,利用RAMSIS对健身器进行人体仿真验证,通过主观评价着重对不舒适程度、操作空间进行验证。验证结果表明:修正后的坐姿前踢腿训练器较之前锻炼效果更佳。
In order to solve the problem of unreasonable structural size and monotonous shape of a certain sitting front kick trainer,its main dimensions are analyzed and designed through anthropometric characteristics,and its shape is improved based on the basic aesthetic theory of industrial design.First,according to the measurement characteristics of the human body,the use process of the kick trainer before sitting is analyzed,and the basic size of the fitness machine is corrected.Secondly,the model is designed in combination with industrial design principles such as perceptual engineering.Finally,the human body simulation verification of the fitness equipment was carried out through RAMSIS,and the subjective evaluation was carried out to verify the degree of discomfort and operating space.The verification results show that the revised seated front kick trainer has a better effect than the previous exercise.
