摘要 针对身体虚弱的老年人或下肢功能不健全的人群在上下阶梯楼梯时困难的情况,设计了一种新型便捷式滑轨楼梯扶手。通过分析运动原理,设计了扶手结构。该扶手主要由滑轨、横向金属手柄、卡舌、棘齿组成,通过控制卡舌,可方便实现手柄的锁紧或松开,从而实现支撑作用或者回到原位。在UG软件中对其进行了运动模拟分析,结果表明该结构满足运动要求;对其进行强度校核,结果证明了便捷式滑轨楼梯扶手的可行性。 Aiming at the phenomenon that frail elderly people or people with impaired lower limbs have difficulty in going up and down stairs,a new type of portable slide rail stair handrail is designed.By analyzing the principle of movement,the handrail structure is designed.The handrail is mainly composed of slide rails,horizontal metal handles,buckles and ratchets.By controlling the buckles,it is convenient to lock or release the handle,so as to realize the supporting effect or return to the original position.The motion simulation analysis is carried out in the UG software,and the results show that the structure meets the motion requirements.The strength was checked,and the result proved the feasibility of the portable slide rail stair handrail.
