军用飞机工作梯结构优化设计与有限元分析

摘要 针对军用飞机较高区域的维护需求,采用人字型架构研制了由梯架、支撑臂、连杆、外伸触点和轮子五部分组成的新型轻质高效工作梯,主体结构采用铝合金材料。仿真分析和外场综合评定结果表明:工作梯强度及性能完全符合设计要求,不但能够满足军方需求而且具有较高的性价比。 In response to the maintenance needs of higher areas of military aircraft,a new type of lightweight and efficient work ladder composed of five parts:ladder frame,support arm,connecting rod,outreach contacts and wheels has been developed using a herringbone structure.The main structure is made of aluminum alloy.The results of simulation analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the field show that the strength and performance of the work ladder fully meet the design requirements,not only can meet the needs of the military,but also have a higher cost performance.
