摘要
针对某异形类零件曲柄块加工过程中频繁装夹和对刀容易造成误差累积及加工后应力释放产生严重变形无法保证产品质量的问题,通过调整加工工艺,重新设定加工方案,更换切削刀具,并采用动态铣削替代原始加工方法减少了异形零件装夹及找正次数,缩短了加工时间,提高了生产效率。
During the processing of the crank block of a special-shaped part,frequent clamping and tool setting may cause errors to accumulate,and serious deformation caused by stress release after processing cannot guarantee product quality.By adjusting the processing technology,resetting the processing plan,replacing the cutting tools,and using dynamic milling instead of the original processing method,the number of clamping and alignment of special-shaped parts is reduced,the processing time is shortened,and the production efficiency is improved.
