摘要
某型航空发动机超高转速空气涡轮起动机在使用后出现了主动齿轮齿面局部剥落情况。为查明其剥落原因,从零件的制造、使用和装配等方面开展排查工作,结合宏观检查和金相分析,编制故障树,并对故障树中的因素开展了分析和研究,得出了齿轮工作齿面硬度偏低、不均匀性显著及齿轮端面垂直度超差是产生剥落故障的原因,并针对该原因提出了改进措施。
The tooth surface of driving gear of a certain type of aero-engine ultra-high speed air turbine starter is spalling after use.In order to find out the cause of spalling,the investigation work was carried out from the aspects of manufacturing,using and assembling of parts.Combined with macroscopic inspection and metallographic analysis,the fault tree was compiled,and the factors in the fault tree were analyzed and studied.It was concluded that the causes of spalling failure were low hardness of working tooth surface,sigenficant non-uniformity and out of tolerance of verticality of gear end face.In view of this reason,the improvement measures are put forward.
