太原市九院沙河上游水土流失现状及综合治理措施探讨

Discussion on the Current Situation of Soil Erosion and Comprehensive Control Measures in the Upper Reaches of Jiuyuan Sha River in Taiyuan City

水土保持综合治理是水土保持生态建设的基础和核心,做好水土保持综合治理,才能实现人与自然和谐相处、保护生态平衡的目标。文中以“太原市九院沙河上游生态治理工程”为例,在对该流域内水土流失现状、成因及防治现状和治理特点进行阐述分析的基础上,论述了实施九院沙河流域水土保持综合治理措施的必要性和可行性,进而针对性地提出了水土保持综合治理措施,从而控制九院沙河流域水土流失,改善区内生态环境。

Comprehensive management of soil and water conservation is the foundation and core of ecological construction of soil and water conservation.Only by doing a good job in comprehensive management of soil and water conservation the goal of harmonious coexistence between man and nature and protection of ecological balance can be achieved.Based on the analysis of the current situation,causes,prevention and control status and control characteristics of soil and water loss in the upper reaches of Jiuyuan Sha River in Taiyuan City,this paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of implementing comprehensive control measures of soil and water conservation in Jiuyuan Sha River Basin,and then puts forward comprehensive control measures of soil and water conservation,so as to control Jiuyuan Sha River water and soil loss in river basin and improve the ecological environment in the region.
