摘要
“十三五”期间我国优化营商环境取得明显进展,进入“十四五”时期,优化营商环境具有特殊重要的意义。要把优化营商环境作为政府推动发展的首要任务。针对当前我国营商环境存在的一些突出问题,精准施策,在市场准入、简化程序、公平待遇、破除垄断、稳定政策、司法保护等多项重点任务上下功夫,着力推进“十四五”时期营商环境的优化。
We have made tremendous progress of optimizing business environment during 13th five year plan,and it is even more important as getting into the 14th five-year plan.We need to take optimizing business environment as government’s first priority,and take a series of measures of accurate policy,access of market,procedure simplification,breaking monopoly,stabilizing policy and judicial policy and so forth to push forward the development of optimizing business environment for 14th five-year plan.
