With the development of multi-group technology, the relationship between gut microbiota and organism has been continuously confirmed. The dynamic balance of gut microbiota is broken, and the imbalance of gut microbiota occurs, which leads to the occurrence and development of non-alcoholic fatty liver.Intermittent fasting can reshape gut microbiota and improve diseases such as obesity and type 2 diabetes. This paper discussed the relationship between intermittent fasting, gut microbiota and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,in order to provide more directions for the clinical research of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease.
