摘要 目的:探讨升温对储存血小板功能的影响。方法:搜集广东省佛山市顺德区中心血站及广西壮族自治区梧州市中心血站血库中储存3~5 d的单采血小板12个治疗量,使用血栓弹力图仪(TEG)检测血小板含量和血栓弹力最大振幅(TEG-MA)。做散点图,计算其线性回归方程的拟合优度(R 2),并采用配对t检验分析样品处理前后数据变化是否有统计学差异。结果:样本在41℃输液输血加温仪中加温10、20 min后的血小板含量与加温前有高度一致性R 2=0.9922,0.9924);加温10、20 min前后血小板含量平均变化范围分别为2.174×109/L和2.058×109/L。样本在41℃输液输血加温仪中加温10、20 min后TEG-MA与加温前有高度一致性(R 2=0.9940,0.9919);加温10、20 min前后TEG-MA的平均变化范围分别为-0.092 mm和0.200 mm。与加温前比较,加温10 min和加温20 min样本血小板含量及TEG-MA均无明显变化(Ρ>0.05)。结论:升温对储存血小板样品的血小板含量和TEG-MA均无明显影响。 Objective:To explore the influence of warming on stored platelet function.Methods:12 treatment amount of apheresis platelets stored for 3 to 5 days in the blood bank of Shunde district Foshan of guangdong and Wuzhou central of guangxi zhuang autonomous region were collected,the platelet count and thrombotic elasticity maximum amplitude(TEG-MA)were measured by thromboelastogram(TEG).A scatter plot was made,than the goodness of fit(R 2)of its linear regression equation was calculated,analyzed whether or not the data changes had statistically different before and after sample processing using paired t-test.Results:The platelet count post-warmer 10 min and 20 min in the 41℃infusion warmer was highly consistent with pre-warmer(R 2=0.9922,0.9924);The average change of platelet content before and after heating for 10 min and 20 min was 2.174×109/L and 2.058×109/L,respectively.The TEG-MA post-warmer 10 min and 20 min in the 41℃infusion warmer was highly consistent with pre-warmer(R 2=0.9940,0.9919);The average change of TEG-MA before and after heating for 10 min and 20 min was-0.092 mm and 0.200 mm,respectively.Compared with pre-warmer,there was no significant change in platelet content and TEG-MA after heating for 10 min and 20 min(Ρ>0.05).Conclusion:In vitro studies have shown that warming has no significant effect on the platelet count and TEG-MA of stored platelet samples.
