思想政治教育质量问题是思想政治教育发出的时代之音,新时代高校思想政治教育应当有效捕捉、科学分析这一“声音”,准确靶向问题,探索质量提升之路。虽经过长期努力,我国高校思想政治教育取得了显著的成绩,但是随着国际国内形势的发展变化,高校思想政治教育依然暴露出一些质量“短板”,主要表现为马克思主义在意识形态领域的指导地位受到威胁,全党全国人民团结奋斗的共同思想基础受到冲击,思想政治教育针对性、亲和力受到削弱,思想政治教育资源被浪费等方面。这些问题的形成原因十分复杂,主要包括政策执行不够有力、协同育人合力不强、育人主体本领恐慌、教育目标急功近利等方面,必须从优化教育制度、推进队伍建设、创新教育方式、加强过程管理等方面不断加以探索和完善,从而推动高校思想政治教育的高质量发展。

The quality of ideological and political education is also the voice of the times,ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era should effectively capture and scientifically analyze this“voice”,target problems accurately,exploring the road to quality improvement.After long-term efforts,ideological and political education in colleges and universities in my country has achieved remarkable results.However,with the development and changes in the international and domestic situations,ideological and political education in colleges and universities still expose some quality“shortcomings”,the main manifestation is that the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology is threatened,the common ideological foundation of the unity and struggle of the entire party and the people of the country is hit,the pertinence and affinity of ideological and political education are weakened,and the resources of ideological and political education are wasted.The causes are very complicated,including insufficient implementation of policies,weak synergy in educating people,panic in educating subjects,and rapid achievements in education goals.We can explore ways to solve problems in terms of optimizing the education system,promoting team building,innovating education methods,and strengthening process management,so as to promote the highquality development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
