基于学习共同体的高校教师科研实践叙事研究

摘要 以学习共同体为视角,采用叙事法描述一位教师及其团队的科研经历,其科研发展路径为:共同的愿景,使共同体成员形成了科研自觉;共同的科研实践活动,使共同体成员形成了互助共进的科研模式;共同的科研成果,促使共同体成员有了超越自我的提高。基于此,探讨高校教师科研共同体的实践意义。 F ro m the perspective of learning community, this study investigates a college teachers’ scientific research experience and studies its pathway of development. Sharing the common vision, the teacher and the members of learning community form a consciousness of scientific research. Involving the common scientific practical activity, teachers create a scientific research mode of mutual help. Gaining the results of the combined efforts, community members have the development beyond themselves. Based on these, this paper makes a probe into the practical significance of scientific research community of college teachers.
