摘要
本研究对两届毕业生的就业状况、工作满意度、对人才培养模式的态度等方面进行了调查,结果显示毕业生工作流动率高、专业对口率低、总体就业满意度不高以及对实践教学效果不满意。基于结果,结合访谈和反思,发现培养模式中存在师资力量薄弱、缺乏实践创新类培养、个性化教育不足、学生科研科普训练不够等问题。建议实施“2+1+1”人才培养模式。同时,加强教师队伍建设,实施导师制,探索校内外联合培养模式,建立学生参与科研科普训练的机制。
The survey on the employment status,job satisfaction,and attitude towards talents training mode of the two graduates showed that the graduates have a high job turnover rate,a low professional counterparty rate,low overall employment satisfaction,and low practice teaching satisfaction.Based on the results,combined with interviews and reflections,it was found that the main problems in the training model include Lack of capable teachers,practical innovation training,sufficient personalized training,and scientific research training for students.It is recommended to implement the 2+1+1 training model.At the same time,we should strengthen the construction of high-quality teaching staff,implement the tutorial system,establish a joint training mechanism,and strengthen training of scientific studying and science popularization.
