摘要
教学反思在是教师教育和专业化发展的内在动力。论文在阐明教学反思内涵的基础上,分析了国内高校英语教师的教学反思水平、反思动力及其影响因素,针对如何提升其反思能力、促进专业发展提出了建议。
Teaching reflection is the internal driving force of teacher education and professional development.The reform of foreign language teaching has aroused the attention of foreign language circles on the identity of reflective teachers. Based on the connotation of teaching reflection, the paper analyzes the teaching reflection level, motivation and influencing factors of English teachers in Chinese Universities and puts forward some suggestions on the improvement of reflection ability and professional development.
