摘要
钢渣作为钢铁企业的副产品,产量巨大且富含有价值矿物,但其综合利用率很低。文章主要对炉外钢渣处理工艺热泼法、热闷法和滚筒法进行介绍,分别从生产操作流程、钢渣处理工艺的优缺点进行对比分析,同时也介绍了炉内钢渣处理留渣+双渣工艺和气化脱磷渣循环炼钢技术,为钢铁企业进行钢渣清洁处理及综合利用提供了方向。
As a by-product of steel companies,steel slag has huge output and is rich in valuable minerals,but its comprehensive utilization rate is very low.The article mainly compares and analyzes the hot slag treatment method,hot stuffy method and roller method of the steel slag treatment process outside the furnace,and compares the production operation process and the advantages and disadvantages of the steel slag treatment process.At the same time,it also introduces the steel slag treatment residue+double residue and gasification dephosphorization slag recycling steelmaking technology provide the direction for steel companies to clean and comprehensively utilize steel slag.
