摘要
利用3t电弧炉,采用CaO-SiO 2-FeO渣系进行了高磷铁水的预脱磷半工业化实验。主要研究了铁水中初始硅、温度、碱度及渣系成分对铁水预脱磷率的影响。结果表明,铁水初始w[Si]<0.2%、温度在1400~1450℃,合适的初渣和终渣碱度能提高铁水预脱磷率。
The pre-dephosphorization in high-phosphorus hot metal was performed with 3t-electric arc furnace.The basic agent were CaO-SiO 2-FeO.The effect of initial Si content in hot metal,temperature,basicity of slag and the agent content were studied.The results show that the higher dephosphorization ratio can be obtained when the initial w[Si]<0.2%,temperature in1400~1450℃,the proper basicity of the initial and final slag.
