摘要
高富氧率是高炉提产增效的重要措施。以国内某5000m 3以上大型高炉为例,通过对高炉现场数据的收集和分析,得出富氧率与高炉焦比、喷煤比、煤气发生量、TRT发电量和吨铁净电耗之间的关系,进而分析高富氧率对大型高炉节能的有利作用。
High oxygen enrichment rate is an important measure to improve the efficiency of blast furnace.In the paper,taking a large blast furnace of more than 5000m 3 in China as an example,the influence of oxygen enrichment rate of the blast furnace on fuel,gas,TRT power generation and comprehensive electricity efficiency was analyzed through field data.
