Construction and Application of the Comprehensive Monitoring and Service Platform for Medical Institutions in Urban Area

为深化医疗卫生监管体制改革,规范医疗机构医疗行为,加强医疗机构日常运营监管,提升医疗机构管理透明度,提高卫生健康监管效率,本研究介绍了宁波市卫生健康委员会在全民健康信息化平台建设的基础上,以应用为导向,按需扩展了数据采集范围,并利用大数据及人工智能技术,对沉淀的大量医疗卫生数据进行深入的治理及挖掘分析,设计覆盖多个主题的综合监管指标体系,研发了基于分布式分析引擎的多维洞察工具,构建了医疗机构综合监管服务平台,并于2019年上线试运行,取得了良好的应用效果。

In order to deepen the reform of the health supervision system,standardize the medical behavior of medical institutions,strengthen the routine operation supervision of medical institutions,and improve the transparency of medical institutions management,and improve the efficiency of health supervision,based on the construction of the national health information platform,the Health Commission of Ningbo has expanded the scope of data collection on demand,and use big data and AI technology to conduct in-depth governance,mining and analysis of a large number of medical and health data,designed a comprehensive regulatory index system across multiple themes,developed a multidimensional insight tool based on distributed analysis engine,and built a comprehensive supervision service platform for medical institutions,which was launched in 2019,and achieved good application results.
