区域危急值闭环管理平台的设计及应用

Design and Application of a Regional Closed Loop Critical Value Management Platform

危急值管理是医疗安全管理的关键内容之一,关系到患者的生命安全。为提高危急值管理水平,在区域统一医疗业务系统的框架下,设计开发了区域危急值闭环管理平台。通过平台定义危急值标准和规则,对区域内医疗机构的所有检验检查危急值进行统一的实时监控和闭环管理,实现区域内跨医疗机构的危急值横向管理和纵向管理。该系统既探索了医疗信息技术实现的新方向,也探索了医疗管理的标准化与精细化,并为医疗机构和管理人员提供了相关数据指导。

The critical value is one of the key components of clinical safety management,which is crucial to patients’ safety.In order to improve the management of the critical value,a closed loop critical value management platform (CVMP) has been designed and developed under unified regional healthcare IT framework across all the hospitals in the region.The rules of critical value are defined on the CVMP and used to monitor and process all the events of the critical value in the real-time.The system not only explores the new development of medical information technology but also the standardized and refined clinical management,and provides relevant data guidance for health institutions and the administrative staffs.
