基于临床数据中心的医院感染管理系统构建与应用

Construction and Implementation of Hospital Infection Management Information System Based on Clinical Data Repository

目的利用信息化手段支撑医院感染管理工作,提升医疗质量和医疗安全。方法以上海市胸科医院为研究对象,构建基于临床数据中心的感染管理系统,梳理、分析并优化感染管理的业务流程,从3个方面实证分析应用效果。结果通过运用医院感染系统提供的6项主要功能和对患者数据的汇集利用,管理部门制定了感染的前瞻预测和监管制度,提高了传染病例报告卡的填写质量和合格率。结论信息互联有利于感染防控的科学决策,实现治疗过程的风险管控,建立智能化管理信息系统已是大势所趋。

Objective To support the work of hospital infection management and promote the quality and safety of medical treatment.Methods The infection management system based on clinical data repository was constructed in Shanghai Chest hospital,the business process was sorted out and optimized,and the application effect was analyzed empirically.Results Through the collection and utilization of patient data,the management department has developed a prospective prediction and supervision system of infection,which improved the quality and qualification rate of infectious case report.Conclusion Information interaction is beneficial to the scientific decision-making for infection prevention and control,realizing the risk control of the treatment process.The establishment of intelligent management information system is the general trend.
