Construction and Application of Intelligent Mobile Ward Round System Based on Speech Recognition

目的探索基于语音识别的智能移动查房系统的建设与应用。方法在医院原有局域网(LAN)的基础之上,搭建应用服务器、数据服务器、认证服务器,以及语音识别云和人脸识别云等,并与医院HIS、LIS、RIS、PACS等系统进行数据集成。结果全院医生反映良好。相比于传统的手动录入,甚至纸质记录,使用智能语音识别移动查房系统,可以明显提高查房效率,节省大量的时间。医护人员通过智能语音识别系统,极大地提高了对患者信息数据的采集、查询、处理速度、提升了医疗工作效率,保证了电子病历的录入质量,同时,改善患者的就医体验。结论基于语音识别的智能移动查房系统将医疗信息系统延伸到病床,切实做到临床诊疗,能有效优化医生、护士的查房模式,促进智慧医院的全面数字化建设。

Objective Exploring the construction and application of intelligent mobile ward round system based on speech recognition.Methods On the basis of the original hospital LAN,we built application server,data server,authentication server,speech recognition cloud and face recognition cloud,and integrate data with hospital HIS,LIS,RIS,PACS and other systems.Results Compared with the traditional manual input,or even paper records,the use of intelligent speech recognition mobile rounds system can significantly improve the efficiency of ward rounds and save a lot of time.Through the intelligent speech recognition system,medical staffs greatly improve the collection,query,and processing speed of patient information data,improve the efficiency of medical work,ensure the quality of electronic medical record entry,at the same time,improve the medical experience of patients.Conclusion The intelligent mobile ward round system based on speech recognition extends the medical information system to the hospital bed,realizes the clinical diagnosis and treatment,which can effectively optimize the ward round mode of doctors and nurses,and promotes the comprehensive digital construction of smart hospital.
