摘要 目的探讨运用DRGs评价工具对医疗管理者提高医疗服务质量管理水平的效果。方法收集山东省广饶县人民医院2017年7月-12月的住院患者病案首页资料8 562例,2018年7月-12月住院患者病案首页资料9 389例,运用DRGs作为风险调整工具,分析医院的医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率和医疗服务质量,并提出相应的改进措施。结果 2018年,经过6个月的试运行,广饶县人民医院的医疗服务能力、医疗服务效率、医疗服务质量,各指标均比2017年同期明显提高。结论基于住院病案首页信息的DRGs评价工具的运用,有利于促进医疗管理者提高医疗服务管理水平,加强医疗机构绩效综合管理,改变传统绩效考核标准不清的现象,实现医院的精细化管理,从而更好地提高医疗服务质量。 Objective To explore the application effect of DRGs as an evaluation tool on improving the management level of medical service quality.Methods We collected 8562 in patient medical records from July to December 2017 and 9389 inpatient medical records from July to December 2018,and used DRGs as a risk adjustment tool to analyze the capability,efficiency and quality of medical services of the hospital.Results With 6 months of trial operation,the capability,efficiency and quality of medical service of our hospital were significantly improved.Conclusion The application of DRGs evaluation tools based on the first page information of inpatient medical records can help medical managers to improve the level of medical service management,strengthen the comprehensive performance management of medical institutions,make a difference on the traditional performance evaluation with unclear standards,refine the management of hospitals,thereby improve the quality of medical services.
