Exploring the Construction of Xiamen Open Laboratory for Big Data Application in Healthcare

目的建设以应用开放为主要任务的大数据公共服务平台,促进健康医疗大数据的开放和共享。方法建立数据资源目录,建设应用开放平台。结果初步建成了厦门市健康医疗大数据应用开放实验室。结论依托实验室建设,建立健康大数据管理、开放和应用模式,提供安全、高效、灵活、互利的数据开发环境,将显著促进健康医疗大数据的应用和发展。

Objective To build a big data public service platform with open application as the main task,and promote the opening and sharing of big data in healthcare.Methods By constructing an open laboratory for big data application in health care,develop an open platform and establish a catalogue of data resources.Result Xiamen health and medical big data application open laboratory has been initially established.Conclusion The construction of the laboratory has established health big data management,openness and application mode,and provided a safe,efficient,flexible and mutually beneficial data development environment,will significantly promote the application and development of big data in health care.
