基于新媒体平台的高校图书馆信息服务模式分析——以黔南民族师范学院为例

Analysis of Information Service Mode of University Library Based on New Media Platform——Take Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities as an Example

随着信息化技术在教育领域的普及应用,微信公众号逐渐成为高校宣传服务工作的重要端口。其中,聚焦于数字资源建设的高校图书馆信息服务模式也随之发生了较大转变。文章结合黔南民族师范学院图书馆信息服务工作实际,对师生的新媒体使用特征进行了研究,总结了高校图书馆信息服务模式的变化趋势,进而对优化升级图书馆信息服务体系提出几点建议。

With the popularization and application of information technology in the field of education,WeChat official accounts have gradually become an important port for college publicity services.Among them,the information service mode of academic libraries that focuses on the construction of digital resources has also undergone a major change.Based on the actual work of information service in the library of Qiannan Normal University for Nationalities,this article studies the characteristics of teachers and students’use of new media,summarizes the trend of changes in the information service mode of university libraries,and then proposes some suggestions for optimizing and upgrading the library information service system.
