The article introduces the status of safety management of distribution networks operations and analyzes the urgent need for scientific and precise distribution network operation intelligent risk assessment.By clarifying the risk factors of various operations risk assessment,it is determined that the intelligent risk assessment model and algorithm of distribution network operations should solve the problem of text analysis of“job content”and proposed a solution based on LSTM and CNN text classification model.Through the establishment of a management and control platform for the entire process of distribution network operation,automatic risk assessment of distribution network operation has been realized,which effectively guides the preparation of various safety control measures,on-site monitoring and on-the-job scheduling,and improves the intelligence of the entire process of distribution network operation level.
