摘要
通过实验研究了高分子成膜剂在酶转化淀粉表面施胶中的应用。结果表明:在固含量25%、淀粉酶用量0.04%、高分子成膜剂用量10%的条件下,酶转化淀粉的成膜性好;此时的表面施胶效果好,能够明显提高纸页的印刷性能和表面强度。
The application of polymer film-forming agent in the surface sizing of enzyme-converted starch was studied.It was determined that under the conditions of 25%solids content,amylase dosage of 0.04%,and polymer film-forming agent dosage of 10%,the enzyme converted starch had good film-forming properties and good surface sizing effect,which could significantly improve the printing performance and surface strength of paper sheets.
