武汉市旧城核心区多要素画像与评价研究

Research on Multi-element Portraits and Evaluation of the Old Urban Core Area in Wuhan City

从社会、空间、经济、环境等多方面构建旧城社区尺度评价指标体系,利用多源大数据对武汉市旧城核心区进行多要素画像,定量评价旧城核心区在土地利用、吸纳人口和产业发展方面的作用,为城市更新规划制定、社会经济政策研究和精细化城市治理等提出建议。

In this paper,we constructed a community scale evaluation index system in old urban area from the social,space,economics,environment and other aspects at first.And then,we used big data to make multi-element portraits of current conditions of the old urban core area,and quantitatively evaluated the roles of the old urban core area in land use,absorbing population and industrial development.Finally,we put forward some policy suggestions for urban renewal planning,social and economic policy research,fine urban governance.
