基于人口生命周期的空间比对分析模型研究

摘要 以"人"为核心的社会治理工作涉及人从出生、教育、就业、低保、结婚、生育、住房、养老到死亡的全生命周期管理。这些信息分散在各相关职能部门,信息种类多、异构都是人口信息关联融合的难点。通过大数据分析方法进行知识挖掘并建立人口空间分析比对模型,以就业困难人群预测为例,详述了大数据比对分析模型,利用比对分析结果服务于政府的管理,在社会治理领域发挥了重要作用。 Social governance is"human"centered which involves the whole life cycle management of human from birth,education,employment,subsistence allowances,marriage,childbirth,housing,pension and even death.Since the information is scattered in the relevant functional departments,and because of the diversity and heterogeneity of these information,it is difficult to integrate all these population related information.In this paper,we used the big data analysis method for knowledge mining,and established a population spatial comparative analysis model.Then,taking the prediction of people with employment difficulties for example,we elaborated the big data comparative analysis model.The resultsof comparative analysis can serve the government management and play an important role in the field of social governance.
